1. Services Provided

We offer:

  • Digital educational materials for healthcare professionals.

  • Online and/or in-person classes and workshops.

Our content is educational only and not a substitute for clinical judgment, continuing medical education (CME), or licensing requirements.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access our materials or register for a class. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on our site—including text, videos, presentations, graphics, and downloads—is the intellectual property of ADR Prevention For You or our content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials without written permission.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction. Our policies are as follows:

  • Digital Materials: Non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

  • Classes:

    • Full refund if canceled at least 21 days before the start of the class.

    • 50% refund if canceled within 21 days.

    • No refund if canceled within 21 days of start of class.

Exceptions may be made for technical errors or extenuating circumstances only. To request a refund, contact us at 4compliancelady@gmail.com.

5. Disclaimer – Educational Use Only

Our materials and classes are intended for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, nor are they a substitute for medical licensure, certification, or CME requirements.

We are not responsible for clinical decisions made based on this content.

6. Privacy and Data

We collect limited user data (e.g., name, email, purchase history) to process orders and communicate with you. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We do not collect protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA, as we do not provide direct healthcare services.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase or registration. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already made.

Secure payment is handled through Wix.

8. Technology Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring access to the internet, compatible devices, and software required to view our content or attend online classes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any:

  • Errors or omissions in educational materials.

  • Outcomes resulting from use of our content.

  • Service interruptions or technical issues.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that state.
